Bayard Lawyers is delighted to announce that it has relaunched as a virtual law firm. Our clients can now buy legal documents online and pre-pay for legal advice 24 hours 7 days a week via e-mail and telephone.
Bayard Lawyers’ aim is to be the first virtual law firm to provide a unique offering over other traditional law firms globally. Our virtual law firm has adopted an agile approach to delivering legal services which has evolved from our clients demanding fast, commercial legal advice.
As you can see from the request below, new clients are adopting this new way of acquiring legal services.
I just found your services online… I run an online SAAS business.
It is going very well and over the last few years has now grown to a position where 80+ clients all over Australia are now using the system. As I pick up more and more high profile clients (and franchises), the time has probably come to make sure that I have a more thorough and watertight SAAS Agreement in place. I would imagine much of the content would be reasonably standard but I am sure it would also need a level of ‘personalisation’ with regards to the specifics of my business.
I would also like to ensure the ‘delivery’ of the agreement to the end user is also acceptable. For example, my ideal solution would be a plain English summary and “agree button” in the application when you first log in with an online reference to the full agreement always available.
My current lawyer is fantastic but a bit old school and not really a technology specific lawyer, so wasn’t really able to help.
I am wondering if you can help me out with and potentially provide a quote on a SAAS Agreement?
At Bayard Lawyers, we believe that the current model for delivering legal services worldwide is not sustainable. Initially our virtual law offering will be available to clients in Australia, but we hope to expand to other jurisdictions worldwide.
